Here is the rough itinerary for Sunday's training session:
 
9-10 dock discussion of boat rig, setup, crew position, etc.
 
11-noon sail with emphasis on boat and crew mechanics, I'll be video
taping
 
noon - 12:30  review of video, Q and A session
