Fleet 1,

Thanks to everyone for an incredibly successful A Series Party last Sunday.  The
theme, food, hurricanes, beads, E Scow bar, and visible support made it a very
memorable event.  It's literally taken me this long to compile the list of
everyone who contributed and made it possible.  Here we go, I hope I haven't
missed anyone.  Please make sure to thank these people and maybe give them an
extra foot or two in a mark rounding or port/starboard situation...

The Print Shop (www.MNPrintShop.com) for their donation of rum, juice and fruit
for the hurricanes, and Jeff Hames for his coordination and mixing

Inntech (www.inntechinc.com) for the run donation and to Shellie Irwin for
coordinating the sponsorship

Innovative Marketing Consultants (www.imcsuccess.com) for their donation of
Mardi Gras beads for the party attendees, and John Klick for coordinating the
donation

Next, thank you to an amazing group of people who gave very generously of their
time and efforts to contribute to the success of the party!  A huge round of
applause for all of the kitchen volunteers who assisted in prepping, setting-up,
cooking, serving and cleaning-up: Judy Miller, Kristin Peterson, Shelley Lent,
Rod Komis, John Dyer, John Peterson, Kris Kaiser, Cait Mullan, Lars Hansen,
Steve Bren, and Sue Slack.  Also, Angela Johnson for organizing the bar and the
wonderful bartending crew of Jeff Hames, Holly Jo Anderson, Sarah Gross, Kris
Kaiser, and Mike Shane.  Also to my wife Jill for all of her efforts in cooking
and coordinating everything.  She's the one who really made this happen.

Finally, a special thank you to Bill Allen for the delivery, set-up, and use of
the "world famous" E Scow bar, and the following individuals who prepared and
brought the delicious jambalaya: Mike Bowers, Sara Godfrey, Shellie Irwin,
Shelley Lent, and Pete McHenry!

The season is still young, hope to see everyone out on the water.
