[J22-Fleet 1] Slip and Boat Lift availible

Hello,
I wanted to send a note out to the fleets, I'm thinking of leasing our slip out this season, it has a shore station vertical boat lift with cradle and electric direct drive motor ( no wheel to spin).  It also has new Atlas Pads.  This cradle fits both J22 and J24.
The Slip is located on J24 row next to Danger.
