Hello all!   A quick note to let you know I am
leaving my IMC after 13 years!   I have started a microbrewery in
downtown Excelsior.  The Excelsior Brewing Company.  
 
 We are remodeling a warehouse space and expect our
brewing equipment in May.   Hope to have brews delivering to bars in
June!   
 
We have purchased a 20BBL Brew house (which makes 40 kegs)
at a time!  We will have a tap room and feature tours.   We are
not a restaurant or brewpub, rather a production brewery and initially only
offer kegs and bombers (22 oz bottles).   It is our goal to purchase
and install a canning or bottling line in December 2013 (we like cans).  
 
  Please do not be a stranger and swing on by the
brewery for a pint when we open!   Or stop by and check our progress!
