As usual the summer's flying by.  Kurt Holtze and Rich Baker have taken the A Series, the Thursday nights and Fleet 1 Champ are being hotly contested and we're almost to the July 4 break.  The days are already getting shorter enjoy it while it lasts!    
 
I'm repeating my request from today to the boat owners for two boats for next week's Sear Cup semifinals.  This is a great way to support the WCSC and bring the next generation of 22 sailors on board.  
 
There's been a good dicussion going lately on how to increase Sunday participation.  We're down almost 50% in the past 10 years and would appreciate any thoughts you have.    
 
There are still a number of boats that haven't paid Fleet dues.  I'll send a complete list of those that have tomorrow.  You can send me a check at 6175 Deer Ridge, Shorewood, 55331 or use paypal at http://wyc.org/j22/ShoppingCart.aspx.  
 
As most of you are aware, we're cohosting a clinic with Andrew Kerr the weekend of August 18-19.  We have room for four more boats, this is a great way to raise your game and focus on things you just don't do in a fleet race.  The entry fee includes dinner on Saturday for your team, video analysis and some great coaching you can't get anywhere else.  More to come on this, please let me know if you're interested in participating.
