[J22-Fleet 1] 963 needs foredecker for Thursday

I've seen high winds and light winds forecasted over the last couple of days.  Either way, it will be fun to be on the water.  Viewing the race from the front porch of 963 is usually a good view (except the last 2 races all we've seen is Thorn's behind!  Need to fix that.)
