As a matter of fact, when it comes to sailboat specific items, we do a better job than the big box stores in terms of inventory. And, we can apply or install what you buy and we can fix your boat if you can't.  We specialize in DIY products for those who work on their own boats and we can show you how and suggest products designed for your project. We have in house/on site rigging. No need to send cordage out to be spliced 900 miles away, or rigging to be swaged elsewhere. We do it here and NOW. And, when it comes to sailboat parts or equipment, our experience cannot be matched to guide you through the maze of gear.  The big box stores are mostly powerboaters and haven't a clue what a narrow saddle eye strap is.  Ask them what you need to make up Shore Power or a back stay adjuster, or tune a B&R Rig. Powerboaters even come to us to splice their anchor line onto their
 Windlass chain because they don't know how to do it at that big box store.  They'd rather send out your anchor line and chain to the main office to get it done. If you need parts for your traveler, furler, pump, head, antenna, lights, stove, engine, water heater, trailer, deck hardware - you name it. LOOKING TO BUY?  We often have as many as 150 boats listed at any given time. We have a 5 acre boatyard full of used boats and we have boats located all over our area including specifically Minnesota, Wisconsin, the Dakotas, Iowa, Canada, Nebraska, and we have listed boats as far away as the Eastern Seaboard, Florida, Hawai'i and even Tonga.  But, let's be realistic. The majority are found in the U.S.  And we can learn what you want and if we don't have it, we can broker it for you and find it.  We also have financing and can help you get a dock, sailing lessons, find the right marina on that perfect body of water, or help you if you are a trailer sailor going for horizons unknown. If you are looking for local sailing waters, we know where to go and what boat works where and if you have your own ideas, we are good listeners.
 
TRANSPORTATION: We are even truck drivers.....sort of.  We have good equipment to haul small and midsized sailboats on cradles or their own trailers. If you have bigger than we can haul, we can refer you to the big guys.  We are licensed and registered with the DOT and are compliant with DOT regulations.
 
STORAGE: WE HAVE A 5 ACRE BOAT YARD FOR WINTER STORAGE OR FOR THE DIY BOAT OWNER, WE HAVE SEVERAL PEOPLE STORING THEIR BOAT WITH US AS THEY REBUILD IT, BUILD IT, OUTFIT IT THEMSELVES, ETC.
