[J22-Fleet 1] J22 Rumble

Hi, Mike,
How late are we planning to rumble?  Just wondering if it will be the same format in terms of "get as many races in by X".  Wondering what that time frame is :).

I've been out of the state for the last 1 1/2 weeks and neglected to send out an update for the July Rumble.
 
The Google Calendar says 1pm.  This was a time I selected thinking that it would attract the most boats...it will be the same dock time as a normal 2pm start on the lake.
 
Plan on 1pm start in the bay.  Changing it at this late time will confuse the issue.  If we want to try noon or 11am in August, we can discuss it with the boats that show up on Sunday.
 
Also, while I've got your attention, a big Congratulations to Jappa and crew on a superior Combined Fleet 1 Champ Series and a special congratulations to our newest fleet member and A Series Champion (with a bullet in the last race of the series) Paul Cossette and crew.

Mike,

Just wanted to confirm with you that it's a 10am start for the Rumble this Sunday? The PDF/XLS say so, but the Google calendar says 1-2pm.

Also, do you need crew for it? Sean would be interested to sail in it. He did foredeck for Matt Johnson in the last rumble and for years with Judy. He's also a great tactician. Let me know or give him a call if interested: 612-845-2442.
