A couple of us are planning to launch this Saturday.  The ice is out around the docks and according to Bruce Martinson, a good portion of the bay is out too.  It is warming fast and the there will be liquid across the rest of the lake soon.  If you'd like help with the crane or getting the stick up, this will be the opportunity.

I'll send out the NOR shortly, but just a quick heads up on some of my plans:

Better distribution of awards, not just for the top finishers
Burrito bar dinner (not too sure about this yet, need to look into pricing)
Global warming, not Polar Vortices;  it will be warm for Beth

I've seen a number of phenomenal sailors offer to come out and crew.  If you're on the fence about sailing, you might be missing an opportunity to get some great personal coaching.  The cooler water might be a cheap price to pay for the potential learning.  Grab a rock start, put them in the middle of your boat and go have some fun!
