[J22-Fleet 1] District Champs Input for Newsletter

Hi Folks,

Holly, Beth and I are writing a summary of the District Champs for the
Weather Mark newsletter.

If you would please reply with a sentence or two of how you saw the regatta
play out, racers on your team you thought did a nice job and need to be
recognized, a highlight for you, something funny, etc., we will compile
these into an article.
