[J22-Fleet 1] Congratulations to Team 1481, 1209 and 963

Just a note congratulating Gary, Chad and Jon for an outstanding Sunset
Series, and repeating as champions from last year.

Also noting Brent and Jeff on 1209 tying Mikey and Dave on 963 for 3rd
place.

Looks like we had 23 J/22's competing throughout the Thursday night races
which is really nice to see.
