I don't know about you guys, but I have a million Tech shirts, My cotton T shirt collection has depleted since Tech shirts are all the rage. Can we make a batch in cotton?

Subject: Re: [J22-Fleet 1] Shirts!I’d like to add a couple of thoughts, Here is a picture of one of the “Keeper Trophies” from the Cool Ice Breaker. These (there were 10 of them I believe)  were purchased with the original traveling trophy which looks the same only larger.
Things to note: The correct name of the regatta is "J22 Fleet # 1 Dave Cool Ice Breaker Regatta”. It is not a Memorial or the Joe Cool or any other name. "The J22 and J24 Fleets #1 Dave Cool Ice Breaker Regatta” might work, or J22J24FLT#1DCIBR?Note for design inspiration, the trophy looks like a shard of ice. This is because the regatta used to be sailed as the first race of the year when it was still cold and icy. Dam climate change.Note that both clubs burgees are on the trophy. It might be right to continue to include the other half of our fleet’s club even if current participation levels are down.Separate sub category thought, the WYC Burgee was changed a few years ago to this easy to read version. The original burgee is just the blue triangle with the inset white triangle and red square. That is the Burgee and I would suggest we consider returning to.As for the design you might visit a current T shirt on line retailer for some more inspiration like here, https://www.threadless.com Current T shirt Designs seem to have simple design/graphics on the front with nothing on the back.
I would personally like a long sleeve technical option, in dark gray, with a design on front and perhaps a graphic or words on the sleeve. My 2 cents

I much prefer tech over cotton, with the full design/logo on the tech shirt. An option of women's cuts would be great. The dark blue J24 U-Gotta tech shirt from a couple of years ago is one of my favorite regatta shirts. Offering pre-order would allow you to get more exact quantities of each size/type.Thanks!UtaOn Mon, Apr 11, 2016 at 12:28 PM, Jeffery Cameron via J22 <j22 at lists.wyc.org> wrote:Greetings Fleet #1!
What a terrific meeting last night.  It was great catching up with friends and meeting a few new folks!
As I mentioned at the meeting, if you have any design ideas or would like to voice a preference on: color, short/long sleeve, tech/cotton/blend, pre-order/at an event, etc. let me know.
As of now, I am thinking a small logo on the front, right chest, and a larger design on the back for the t-shirt and maybe just the small logo on a tech option, but let me know if the tech shirt should also carry the large design on the back.
I can be reached at:Cameron at bipl.net or W 612 236-0121 and M 612 203-7259
