[J22-Fleet 1] ICEBREAKER Recap

It's not an icebreaker without cold and wind. We had both this weekend. 17
J/22s on the line - excellent particpation! Having the J/24s at the regatta
enhanced it greatly. 

Jill made some really delicous food. Yah Jill! A special thank you to John
Dyer, Kevin Kenny, Bob Leach, Mike Bowers, Eric Christenson, the race
committee and several others for doing a great job organizing and running
the regatta. And we can't forget our sponsors The PrintShop, LynLake Brewer
and North Sails. Thank you!

Congratulations to Lars Hanson, Thorn Turner and Rod Komis for winning the
2016 ICEBREAKER Dave Cool Regatta. 

 

 

Next time we'll tape the right boat. It would have been funny if the guys
with the not so nucular kitty shirts had it on their boat. Even funnier on
the wrong boat. Sorry Paul! We needed Judy there - she's the pro at this
