Brushes are also available at a hardware store or Electric Motor Repair on Broadway (co rd 81) and I-94 downtown. They can also do a full rebuild if needed.

> If your motor looks like this one, probably the armatures on the side of the motor. Over time, they wear out the carbon piece. See the photo of new ones. Unscrew the 2 black caps and inspect yours. If they are not as long as these new ones, replace. Available at Dock & Lift in Spring Park. About $35 a set. Mine usually wear out every 7-8 years.
