Mike,

My accounting for the Commodore Cup agrees with the website back to 2012 (earliest year on-line) with one minor exception: 2015 is attributed Carol Pine & Matt Carlson instead of just Carol Pine.  I’m going with what I’ve got unless someone can provide actionable intelligence.

When we tried to reconstruct history for the Thursday trophies, I noted contradictory and missing data in the log books.  Perhaps this is the best you can expect for a volunteer organization, but emphasizes the importance of a physical artifact to document history.  I gave up and John Dyer acknowledges “several error” went uncorrected.

Award programs may be more accurate than logbooks, but I only have the later.  Thanks for the additional data.

Here’s the thing: the trophy has space for four brass plaques before it needs to be mounted on something bigger for more room.  One side already used for trophy identification.  The 2nd side starts with 2017.  I may drop Thorn’s 2000 win to include just 21st century results.  That may allow 16 wins before 2017 on sides 3 and 4 (8 winners in two columns on each side, if engraver thinks that’s not too small).  At that rate, we’re good to 2024.  After that, we can add a larger base (presumably at fleet expense) where there would be plenty of space to include 20th century history on the lower portion.

2 years ago the log book was completely wrong.  I had Dallas reprint my trophy picture and he said he'd gotten the results from the log book.  The most recent years results are still on the club website.

I recommend referencing the Website against the year book for the years that are available on-line.
