<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>We've made a special addition to Saturday's
Women's Cup Race. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Sally Barkow will be watching the Women's Cup
Races, taking notes, and after the races she will provide a free follow-up
seminar in the clubhouse. This is open to all competitors and is FREE of
charge. Women's racing is important at our club and we feel that having one of
the best female sailors in the world is only fitting for our final Women's Cup
Race. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2><BR>The seminar will take place in the
clubhouse after the race. Seating will be ladies first. No admission, this
is sponsored by WYC. </FONT> </DIV>

international level for four years and is already the current Yngling World
Champion, current Women's World Match Racing Champion, a three time
Collegiate All-American, the defending Rolex Women's Keelboat Champion, and all
around rock star. This is an excellent opportunity to visit with one of the best

<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>ADVANCED WOMEN'S SEMINAR<BR>A</FONT><FONT
face=Arial size=2>n Advanced Seminar will be held after the free seminar from
1:30 to-5:00pm. </FONT><FONT face=Arial size=2>This will include mostly on the
water training with some classroom time. This is an excellent opportunity
to have one of the best sailors in the world observe your sailing and provide
immediate feedback from a chase boat. </FONT></DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2></FONT> </DIV>
<DIV><FONT face=Arial size=2>Cost is $120 per boat for skipper and crew in
Sonars, J22's, Ynglings. These boats are preferred, but other boats can also
attend @ $30 per person (minimum 3 people). If you don't have a boat but
wish to crew, contact Jenny Child of the MWST before or after the Women's
Cup Race and she will place you with a boat (or call 612-616-0804). First
availability goes to women in J22's, Sonars, or Ynglings, followed by other boat
types like Capri's, followed by those of the male persuasion. </FONT></DIV>
