<P>As we discussed at the Evergreene Cup, please join us next Tuesday evening, 9/27 at the club for a planning session for the 2006 North Americans. We will start at 6:30 and it should last 1-2 hours.</P>
<P> </P>
<P>Everyone is welcome - and needed! The purpose of the meeting is to review where we are so far, get additional people involved, complete the planning and budgeting, and set a schedule for at least the rest of this year. </P>
<P> </P>
<P>There are a number of areas where we need assistance. Among them are: </P>
<P> </P>
<P>- Housing chair</P>
<P>- Registration, weigh-in, launching, mooring, etc. (see Jappa or Lars) </P>
<P>- Social (see Nick)</P>
<P>- Sponsorship (see Jon, Nicolie, or MB)</P>
<P>- Opening and closing ceremonies</P>
<P>- Web development (see Dallas or Dan Towey)</P>
<P>- Media / public relations</P>
<P>- and others we haven't even thought of yet! </P>

<P>As George outlined, the Fleet is very strong and this will only help us to grow and thrive. Let's make this a PREMIER WYC and J-22 class event! </P>
