My point is that in the 10 years I’ve been racing in this fleet, the fleet and WYC have been doing what I mentioned in the first sentence and may want to be careful as they attempt to put bylaws in place. Inclusiveness goes a long way.<BR>

You only have to look across the lake to see how MYC has killed this kind of environment.<BR>
