<P>Sorry for the late chime in on this. How about allowing non-boat owners that serve or head one of the Fleet One committees (ie Treasurer, Entertainment Chair, etc....)</P>
<P>Of course they have to pay all dues, etc.....This could try to rally up some crew members to get more involved with fleet....<BR></P>
