<P>It's finally time again for our winter/spring meeting. When I say "meeting" I of course mean "PARTY"!</P>

<P>Topics will include: regatta plans for 2009, new rules, fleet bylaws, fleet update, fleet champion trophy presentation (if there is one?)</P>
