U-Gotta-Regatta


Hi Everyone,

Things are shaping up for the regatta.
It’s looking like we should have a great turnout hopefully.
There are still a few places we need help with yet. One of the big ones is
raffle prizes. If you or someone on your team can scam some stuff from work
or somewhere or even just have some things you could donate to the regatta
for the raffle it would be a huge help.
WE still need a couple of people to help out at the crane on Friday and
Sunday for our out of town guests.
We need help with clean up yet throughout the weekend. Maybe a few teams
could take turns- one on Friday one take Sat. dinner and one sat night and
one take Sunday?
We need someone to sell t-shirts and other fun merchandise Friday and
Saturday until it’s gone.
We need a few people to put box lunches together on Friday night. It’s a
pretty easy job; It’s kinda like an assembly line job and only takes a
couple of hours.
We need some help with some people to help getting the Sat. night dinner
ready while we are out sailing. Things like setting up tables, pealing corn
on the cob, boiling water, warming up the grills, serving etc
 That Is Scott
Brighams dept. let him know if you can  help.
I’m sure there are a few last minute things that I’m forgetting so we need
last minute fire drill helpers to be at our beckoned call to put out the
last minute fire drills.
I’d just like to say Thank you in advance for all of your help, and Thank
you to all have already committed to helping out.
This years U-Gotta is going the best we’ve ever had. Looking forward to
seeing you all on the starting line Sat. morning.
