[J24 ListSrv] Slip Swap for Nationals

I sent out, or at least tried to send out, a request to the Sonar fleet
list serve.  Not a single response from the fleet.

If anyone has time to come up with an e mail connection that goes to sonar
owners please let me know, as I simply don't have time right now to chase
the sonar fleet for boat slips.

I'll send out another request, but we may just withdraw.
