J22 and J24 Fleets,

The A-Series Party is scheduled for Sunday, June 16th and the J/22 and J/24 fleets are hosting the event, so we need everyone to chip in to help!  Since this is Father's Day, we would like to do something a little different and host a Father's Day brunch.  We will be serving brunch from 10-12, giving us time to set-up beforehand and clean-up in plenty of time to make it out for the race.  Families, as always, are welcome!

The menu will be as follows:
  a.. Variety of baked, egg dishes
  b.. Sausage and Canadian bacon
  c.. Pancakes and waffles
  d.. Fresh fruit salad
  e.. Sunday coffee cake
  f.. Coffee, juice, and milk
  g.. Mimosas
  h.. Bloody Marys

Here's what we need people to volunteer for and commit to bringing:
  a.. baked, egg-based dishes - if you are willing to make a double batch and bring two pans, that would be great!

  b.. large bowls of fresh fruit salad

  c.. assorted juices (need a total of about 20 gallons, so please specify how much you will commit to bringing)

  d.. milk (need 4-5 gallons)
  e.. Mimosas
  f.. Bloody Marys
We also need a few people to bring electric griddles and/or waffle irons in order for us to serve a large quantity of people.

Finally, we also need volunteers to help throughout the event.  Please let me know if you are willing to take a shift and your time preference (9:30-11 or 11-12:30).  We will need help with set-up, in the kitchen, at the pancake/waffle station, and clean-up.
