J/24 Fleet #1:  Few items

   - TROPHIES: Please drop off last years trophies at the club before
   November 15th.  Engraving and cleaning can be done at Minnesota trophies
   and gifts (see below).  Order your framed trophy at
   http://www.dallasjohnson.net/JetTexPhotography/tabid/571/Default.aspx before
   10/31 as well.
   - WE NEED VOLUNTEERS: If interested in helping sort glassware (free food
   and drinks) or help load trophies and setup for banquet please let me know.
    We need a few volunteers to help out...
   - BANQUET/PARTY - Attend the banquet or at least the party if you
   can...last year was a lot of fun...
   - We found one more XXL U-gotta t-shirt at the club if anyone wants to
   buy it - all others were sold out...

Thanks to everyone for another great season.. but... It's not over yet, so come
out for the last two Saturdays...Last CCup and Frostibite Cup

Trophy sorting* WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 13th at 6PM at WYC*
Refreshments and food will be served….after the sorting:) Please
communicate any special requests.

*Glass Trophies*
It is expected that 2 members from each fleet come help sort the trophy
glassware for the banquet. Please communicate via email that two members
from your fleet have been identified and will be attending. Last year it
took approximately 2-3 hours.

*Traveling Trophies*
As fleet captains, you are responsible for locating your fle

ets traveling trophies and confirming the last year recipient will have it
cleaned and dropped off at the club before November 15th. For engraving and
cleaning, please tell them to bring it to our new vendor:

*Volunteer for Banquet Set Up*
Please plan to help pickup, deliver, and set up the trophies at the Banquet
room. The volunteers will be* **meeting at the WYC club at 12PM on Saturday
November 16th. *
