Hi Randy,

Once again we would like to invite WYC to join in the Champ of Champ race.
I sent out the following email to the MYC fleet captains regarding the race
which will be on Wednesday, August 20, 2014.  Will you please try to
organize the WYC side or pass this on to the appropriate person?  We will
have *seven*420’s available for WYC fleets.  Please let me know ahead of
time who all will be representing WYC.

WYC is also invited to the Wednesday night Grill & Chill after the races.
For WYC members that are not also MYC members, we ask that they pay cash
(not check or credit card, so they need to come prepared) that night.  The
dinner cost is $17 a person (it’s $16 plus tax, which I rounded down to
$17).

This night is always a ton of fun! I hope everyone else thinks so too

Hi,

Back by popular demand, we will be hosting the  Championship of Champions
Race on Wednesday, August 20th.  This is also the last Grill & Chill of the
season.  We are inviting the top skipper from each fleet and their choice
of one crew to race in 420's (which will be provided by LMSS).  Again this
year, we are inviting Wayzata Yacht Club to participate as well.  I am
asking each fleet captain to line up a skipper and crew to represent their
appropriate fleet.  The honors should go to the championship winner - if
your fleet hasn't finished the championship series, then the current
championship leader should represent your fleet, if they are available.  If
they are unable to race, it should go to the next place *skipper*.

Last year we had a lot of fun.  If you are not one of the lucky
participants, plan to come out to watch as it really is a blast.
