[J24 ListSrv] Fwd: [Fleets] Is There Any Appetite for Any of This?

We had a great time when Chewbacca raced in the IRC Nationals about five
years back in Little Traverse Bay (Harbor Springs, MI) when there was one
day of racing that included the "Tour of the Bay" race. They had fixed
buoys spaced around the bay (
http://www.ltyc.org/wp-content/uploads/2011/02/Race-Buoy-Locations.pdf) and
the course would be various roundings (to port and starboard) at the
letter-designated marks. Interesting way to break up W/L courses and
include a different kind of tactical thinking.
