[J24 ListSrv] WYC Banquet

Thanks to Valerie Petit and Eric Christenson for helping with the trophy glass sorting at WYC this evening. Looks like we’re all set for what promises to be an epic 50th Anniversary Banquet at the Double Tree in St. Louis Park. 




New this year will be games of chance and/or skill, before and after the dinner, including; 


    * Harken Coffee Grinder Winch Challenge 
    * Hammerschlagen 
    * Ring Toss 
    * Bowline tying speed contest 
    * Shut-the–box 
    * Sailing Trivia 



The presentation includes a tribute to the founding members of the club, a celebration of the 50 years of promoting sail boat racing, and the club special awards. It’s not too late to participate. Show up at the door for $25, and enjoy the after dinner shenanigans.
