*Mike Marshall, J/22 World Champion*
As a sail designer, coach and racer, Mike has been involved in championship
campaigns in dinghies and small keelboats for decades. As a sail designer,
he's had a hand in Olympic and World Championship sail development for
470s, F18s and Etchells. He's coached teams to championships in 420s,
Lasers, Optis and J22s, and he's raced on top ten World and North American
teams in J22s and J24s. Marshall has was also nominated for the 2016 Rolex
Yachtsman of the year. A keen observer and disciplined analyst, Mike is
also the chief engineer of the North Sails Performance Telemetry System.
