[J24 ListSrv] Frostbite race this Saturday

[Terre Heiser]

I think we should be open to Andy's suggestion to keep the chutes in the
bag. The forecast has manageable wind at 10Kts but some boats might be
running short on crew and need to decide tonight if they should go out.

Anyone else have an opinion?
