[J24 ListSrv] Commodore Cup#3 Abandoned

All – todays Commodore’s cup has been abandoned. The combination of high winds, low temperatures, freezing precipitation, and low visibility mean the RC has determined conditions are unsafe to conduct a safe and fair race.
