U-Gotta Regatta - J-Fest Upper Midwest
2019 Notice of Race (“NORs”)

 

 

U-Gotta’s NOR is amended as follows:

 
1. The following is added to Section 7 of the NORs:
 

The regatta will use two separate courses (with separate start lines and separate finish lines) with the following starting order:

 

Course #1 – VHF Radio Channel 68

J/24s

J/22s

 

Course #2 – VHF Radio Channel 69

J/70s

 

Location of each course will be announced by the RC on-the-water.

 
2. Section 10 of the NORs is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
 
10. BERTHING / HAUL-OUT RESTRICTIONS. Unless otherwise permitted in writing by the OA and WYC Club Manager, all boats must be on their lift or in the water by 2000 on Friday, October 4 and may not be hauled out until end of regatta. [DP]
 
3. Section 10 of the NORs is deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following:
 

11. ​DEHUMIDIFERS.  From 2000 on Friday, October 4 through end of regatta, no dehumidifiers may be used or placed in a boat during the regatta.
