Awards Cocktail Reception</div><div class="">- Saturday November 13th. 6.30pm to 9.30pm. Doubletree Hotel, SLP</div><div class="">- Annual meeting via ZOOM on the Thursday 11th</div><div class="">- Cocktails + heavy appetizers – no sit down meal</div><div class="">- Ticket $40-50/head</div><div class="">- Short program: special awards, parking space auction, and handoff to the new Commodore.</div><div class="">- Collect photos and glassware from hotel - registered attendees only</div><div class="">- Capacity capped at 150 heads</div><div class="">- No band/dancing</div><div class="">- ZOOM stream of awards and general ambiance for those unable to attend</div><div class="">- Proof of vaccine or negative test within 72 hours required for entry. Verified by hotel staff</div><div class="">- Masks strongly recommended for ALL attendees.</div><div class="">- Colored wristbands. Green – hug me. Yellow – fist bumps only. Red – don’t touch.</div><div class=""> </div><div class="">Option 2. Awards in November, via ZOOM</div><div class="">- November 13th 6.30-7.30pm</div><div class="">- Annual meeting 5.30-6.30 also via ZOOM</div><div class="">- Program: Welcome, Fleet videos, Special Awards</div><div class="">- Online auction for parking space</div><div class="">- Collect glasses and awards from the club before, or after the event</div><div class="">- Close</div><div class="">- Trivia game for an hour thereafter</div><div class=""> </div><div class="">Option 3. Spring Awards Banquet</div><div class="">- Late May/Early June 2022. 5.30pm to 11.30pm. Banquet venue with inside/outside spaces</div><div class="">- Spring meeting at the event</div><div class="">- Cocktails + Dinner (Buffet or sit down) with option for outside service.</div><div class="">- Ticket $55-65</div><div class="">- Program: special awards, parking space auction, fleet reviews, and handoff to the new Commodore.</div><div class="">- Band and dancing</div><div class="">- COVID protocols as needed at the time</div><div class="">- Colored wristbands.
