[LaserD21] Aquatennial

CYC will be hosting Lasers for its traditional Aquatennial regatta ( also known as the City of Lakes regatta) I’m sticking with Aquatennial. It will be on July 21st and 22nd. 
They will try to have 2 Laser races for each scow race, conditions willing. The traditional after race party will again be on Saturday. Former participants and friends of CYC are invited to the party. 
It’s anticipated that CYC will get organized enough to get out an official NOR soon.
