[Morc] MORC Chili lunch announcement

Once again the end of the 2011 sailing season is in sight!!!  With it comes
the annual MORC sponsored Chili Lunch after the fifth and final Commodore
Cup Race on October 22nd.  After you have finished eating (chili, cornbread,
cole slaw, chips and cake) please pitch in and help with the clean up.
