[Morc] Fleet Challenge Cup Registration

Hey MORC sailors.

We need you to apply for a PHRF handicap for the fleet challenge Cup.  If
you don't register for a handicap, you won't be able to race.  That would
be a shame.

Please contact Rudy at ruedenberg at yahoo.com  to get started on the
process.  This is not something you can do right before the race.

I HIGHLY recommend you get this process started ASAP.
