[Phrf] Spring Phrf Party Date Problem With Clubhouse Schedule

Sorry but 18 May the club is occupied all day and into the evening as Brian
Hayes is here for a clinic. Steve was supposed to have that on his schedule,
and maybe it didn't get document.

Hi Everyone,

 

We had intended to have a Phrf Spring Party on May 17th but since the race
schedule has been pushed out the Yacht club is booked that night.  We could
do the 10th or the 18th.  Could you please let me know via email and we will
decide by majority of participation.

 

We will have Ribs, Pulled pork, Chicken, Cole Slaw, Potato Salad, Baked
Beans, Desert and of course Beer and Wine.  It will be a fun time we hope
you will attend and get to know your competitors and friends.
