It’s that time again.   The 2017 annual PHRF spring meeting has been scheduled for Wednesday, April 5 at 6:00 PM in the WYC Clubhouse.    Refreshments will be provided by the fleet following the business portion of the meeting.   Don’t forget your PHRF rating forms and $25 rating fee for the new season.
