[Phrf] Racing starts today!

Hi All!

Racing starts for real today! Looks like a great day, and AFAICT, all PHRF
1 boats in the water have ratings. I THINK PHRF 2 is getting sorted out
today. Please check the scratch sheet to make sure you have a rating!

The club is not using Kattack anymore, but a new app is ready to fill in.
It is called RACEQs, and it is a free download from the app stores. Set it
up for the race today. I know that several PHRF 1 boats have been using it,
and will be up and going today.
