[Phrf] Sailing season soon!

Hello my fellow PHRF folks!  Josh Garvin, P2 fleet captain here.  The sailing season is on its way, and I am getting excited!  Are you?!?!  And it's looking more and more like it might boarder on a normal summer!  Is that even possible?!?!  I can't hardly believe it, but it may be true.  As I am sure you are aware, the CDC just came out with new guidelines <https://www.mprnews.org/story/2021/03/08/fully-vaccinated-people-can-gather-without-masks-cdc-says> about gathering in groups.  Now, we still have to see what the WYC board and commodore says, but this is promising!  I have had an entire year to perfect my already world-famous hummus, and it's going to blow your socks off.   We, the PHRF fleets, are the FUN FLEET, as you all know.  We, more than anyone else at the club (dare I say it?), NEED to gather in groups after a race, raise a frosty plastic cup, enjoy the chips and dips, and just talk each other's ears off!  That's why we sail!  Well, I am hopeful to see those times again, and SOON!  More info will be coming from Andy, so stay tuned!

In other news, as you probably saw in the newsletter, they are starting another night for single and double-handed racing--Mondays.  The details are still being worked out, and I have had calls with Andy and Ernie about this, but I think it will be really fun.  And again, more info on this will be forthcoming.

Also, out fleet meeting is coming up soon, and Ray will send out the info for that.  It will be a virtual meeting on zoom, just like last time.  Get ready to send in those rating forms and those checks!
