[Phrf] That Time of Year

Good day PHRF Fleet,

Thought I would drop everyone a note as we are getting close to having to
go through our early spring form/check ritual. A couple of things to note
for this year;


   - I have been in contact with a representative at Sports Engine in
   regards to getting our handicap form added to the PHRF Fleet part of the
   WYC website. Entering the data online and having the submission directly
   emailed to myself and a few others, thereby removing some of the archaic
   process we now have.
   - I have also reached out in regards to online dues payments. This also
   is to streamline our current process.
   - When filling out your form, if on paper, please enter your
   measurements in *decimal feet.* Not feet and inches, not inches, not
   meters, and not a percentage. Not doing so opens the door for transcription
   errors. We use a spreadsheet to calculate the handicap values and it uses
   decimal feet for the math. Any conversion I have to do, as I said, opens
   the door for errors. This is much appreciated.
   - The fleet meeting notification will be coming soon.
