[Phrf] Feedback Requested Re: 2022 PHRF Spring Social

Hey PHRF-sters! 

Sailing season is just around the corner, right?!? 

Given the COVID situation we've been dealing with, we've opted to delay the PHRF Winter Social. Now we'd like to get your feedback to see if you're interested in attending a PHRF SPRING Social, should we opt to have one. 

We'd appreciate if you would please respond to this [ https://forms.gle/5sCqVczfHDSQkdgDA | 1-2 question survey ] . (NOTE: Emails are required for internal purposes only, they will not be shared.) 

Please respond ASAP--but no later than Monday Feb 28, 2022 --so we can make decisions (and secure a date if needed).
