We had a good attendance but we still missed some of you. <P style="MARGIN: 0pt" class=MsoNormal><FONT face="Times New Roman">For those that have yet to submit your PHRF Rating Form and Fee for 2009, it is necessary to get them in by April 15<SUP>th</SUP> in order to assure you will be counted and scored in the first few races of the 2009 season. Please note that if the new ratings book does not arrive in time for Fred to calculate new ratings for the first races, your 2008 rating will be used for all members that have submitted their application and PHRF Fee.
