<html><head><meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"></head><body dir="auto">As one of the possible offenders, who is sometimes a bit tardy to the start from our Deephaven mooring, it can be tricky getting close enough to directly hail the RC. A few alternative suggestions using our various high-tech means of communication:<div>1. We can text or email our intentions or other administrative matters to the RC, say an hour before the start, or</div><div>2.
