[S2] Crew number for SOTN Clarification

According to the S2 7.9 Class Association Rules, Part 3: Rules for Class
Sanctioned Regattas and Events:
 
"3.6.1.  Crews may consist of any number.  However those which have six or
more onboard (including the contestant) shall in their normal sailing
clothing, weigh less than 1100 pounds.  Changes in the number of crew and
crew substitutions shall be regulated by the regatta organizing authority."
 
For the purposes of the 2009 Star of the North Regatta, the organizing
authority places no restrictions on the number of crew and crew
substitutions.
