[S2] Fleet Roster updates in progress

Dear S2 7.9 Fleet,

 

I am in the process of updating the fleet roster, so maybe next season we
can start with a correct on, or closer to.  I dug around and came up with
the following. Items in red are all in question.  Please provide info if you
