[S2] WYC Thursday Night Race Parking

Both lots are open and accessible from the west. The lower east (crew) lot
will be reserved for WYC crew members with current membership stickers, and
guests will be directed to the top lot (space permitting). The upper lot is
drying out and in better shape than last week, however, it is still a good
idea to bring along a set of old shoes for the walk.

As always, please do not park in the Village shops lots or on residential
streets in front of houses.
