[S2] Need S2 Prep for banquet

Could someone please take charge of this? (See below).  I am out of the country until 11/15, with very limited access to email / Internet. 

In the past it's been really easy and well-organized. 90 minutes or a little more. We need a only two people. 

Just confirm with Craig A (email above), so he's sure who will be on hand.
