[S2] Notice of Change

A Notice of Change has been posted on the Official Notice Board at the Wayzata Yacht Club.  The Notice applies only to the Sonar, Capri 25, and S2 7.9 fleets.  It does NOT affect the Star of the North Regatta.

The posted notice is signed and official.  This email is being sent as a courtesy and for your convenience.  Do not expect to receive an email in the future about every posted notice.

2015 Change Notice


1.    Boats of the Capri 25, Sonar and S2 7.9 fleets will not be scored for the 2:00 p.m. race on Sunday, September 13, 2015.  Any boat from these fleet that chooses to participate in this race will not receive scoring credit for the 5th race of the C Series or the 17th race of the Championship Series, nor will they receive Boat of the Year points.  Any boat from those fleets that participates in this race will receive attendance credit toward the 15-race requirement.


2.    Boats of the S2 7.9 fleet will not be scored for the 5:45 p.m. race on Thursday, September 17, 2015.  Any boat of the S2 7.9 fleet that chooses to participate in this race will not receive scoring credit for the 4th race of the M Series, nor will they receive Boat of the Year points.  Any boat of the S2 7.9 fleet that participates in this race will receive attendance credit toward the 15-race requirement.



3.    Boats of the S2 7.9 fleet will not be scored for the 2:00 p.m. race on Sunday, September 20, 2015.  Any boat of the S2 7.9 fleet that chooses to participate in this race will not receive scoring credit for the 6th race of the C Series or the 18th race of the Championship Series, nor will they receive Boat of the Year points.  Any boat of the S2 7.9 fleet that participates in this race will receive attendance credit toward the 15-race requirement.
