[S2] 2016 Star of the North Regatta

Just a quick reminder about this year's Star of the North Regatta sponsored
by Sika.  The event will be held 9/16-9/18, and will be open to all Capri
25, Sonar, and S2.79 one-design boats.  If you're planning to attend,
please help us plan a better event by registering your boat now!  Please
