The banquet reservation deadline is *Saturday, November 11*. If you sent
your reservation, and have not received an acknowledgement, please review
the current RSVP list

*Sign Up for Team Karaoke 🎤  *

Get your off water Rockstars together!  Matt Resch will Emcee as a limited
number of teams compete for cash prizes, right after the awards ceremony!
Get your Karaoke Crew of 3 or more and start practicing your favorite
blues, rock, country,  ballad, hip hop, R&B tunes.  A sea shanty group and
Allegedly have started practicing!  Sound system and electric piano will be

*Hotel Reservations*

We reserved a block of rooms at the DoubleTree, and you can book those
rooms at the special rate of $99.  The rooms can be booked for up to 4
people. Please note – Breakfast is NOT included.

*Traveling Trophies*

Please drop your polished and engraved trophies at the WYC clubhouse
by *Saturday,
November 11*. Please bring all of the trophies, even the ones you may have
won again. Please bring them to the club, not directly to the banquet!


*Volunteers on Day of Banquet*

Volunteers are needed on the day of the banquet to help pickup, deliver,
and set up trophies at the Banquet hall. We will meet at WYC to load
trophies at noon on *Saturday, November 18*.
